Day Activation Mindfulness Course is a 6 week program which will guide you to spend only 15 mins every morning to prepare you for the day – no matter what kind of the day is ahead. This course have been designed in collaboration with IMoblife, a software company aiming at mind and mental health on a mobile platform.

This app focuses on different aspect of mindfulness meditation such as anchoring in breath, acceptance of emotions and thoughts etc.

With Day Activation, each moment is an exciting journey. And it continues after your 15 minutes in the morning because you will learn an activation statement in your daily meditation. Then you can use it anytime you feel upset or tense during your day.

You are not your mind but your eternal presence. We’ve been exposed a lifelong of conditioning and reacting, this course is designed to peel off the layers. Commit and know that everything that will come up for you in the next 6 weeks is for your ultimate benefit and growth, no matter where you are in your life right now. By practicing 15 minutes daily for 6 weeks, you will develop secure and deep sense of well-being throughout lifetime.

I am a transpersonal psychologist and mindfulness meditation teacher. I have been leading 6 week mindfulness courses and noticed that most people don’t keep up with their practice because it is boring, not practical for our busy lives, or many unpleasant emotions start surfacing instead. The truth is that we have many old unattended emotions buried inside of each of us, and ignoring them leads only to self-sabotage. Our minds are constantly judging ourselves and others, we hold grudges and past pains, often unconsciously. I’m just your reminder to becoming more conscious of your choice during your day. And I’ve done numerous courses myself, studied with famous teachers and spiritual guides, read hundreds of books on meditation, spend several thousand dollars on this path, yet, I was never able keep up my practice because I was bored and when things went well I didn’t do it. 

So I developed a course that is engaging, practical and transformative in just 6 weeks. Each week you will deeply focus on one aspect of your mind’s doings, so you can learn how to re-focus on experiencing the present moment by connecting to yourself and others.
Each week, you will inquire deeply into these topics, reflected in the activation statement for the week:
Week 1. Relevance of each moment
Week 2. Upsets come from the past
Week 3. Curiosity as an antidote to fear and judgment
Week 4. Acceptance is not tolerating
Week 5. Self forgiveness
Week 6. Bypassing judgments

How to listen to this course?

15 mins each morning: Day Activation Mindfulness practice (6 meditations)
30 mins once a week: You Create Your Own Safety practice
+ Daytime practice: Using Activation Response* when upset

*At the end of your weekly Day Activation meditation, you will to receive Your Activation Response for the week. It is a simple statement. Repeat it mentally whenever you feel any tension in your body or discomfort, anxiety or upset in your mind during the day. This Response will help you to focus your attention on the present moment, by non-judgmental response. Each week, paying attention to one aspect of the present moment awareness, and dissolving the illusions of the past. You may find it hard to remember to do this at first, but by doing the Day activation mindfulness practice every day, you will notice that you are able to respond to your life situations more often. Gradually, you will leave behind your reactive behavior that leads to emotional pain, anxiety and disconnection from yourself and others.
